KEX Studio: Julia Haugeneder in conversation with Philip Patkowitsch
I am working on different series concerning the wide field of order. I am particularly interested in our diametrical way of thinking: Seen as an immanent but computable order it tends to subsume every possible way of being; while on the other end of what we call order it is merely an unpredictable way of thinking, which is at least as difficult to coup with as the first mentioned. In my work, which mainly consists of linocut, printmaking, and works made out of plaster, I am trying to work out different ways of regarding order as a way of thinking.
