Civil service at WUK
The Werkstätten- und Kulturhaus, as a traditional supporting institution in Vienna, has been accepting civil servants in the fields of culture, administration and training for many years. Our civil servants support us, among other things, in home maintenance and care, through technical support services in the preparation and implementation of music, theatre and children's cultural events, in marketing, in accounting and in child care.
Whoever thinks of civil service in the WUK should have an open attitude towards people of all ages, nationalities and social groups. Team spirit, helpfulness and reliability are further important prerequisites. A training background in one of the following areas would be advantageous: Technology (HTL, technical teaching), accounting (HAK, HBLA), culture or social affairs.
The civilian service at WUK provides a good insight into cultural management, behind-the-scene events and the interaction of a large number of autonomous artistic and social groups under one roof.
