Full outdoor shot of a grayscale image, likely a vintage photograph or film frame. The foreground shows a beach or sandy area. Several indistinct human figures are clustered together, lying or positioned in a way that suggests activity of some kind. The figures lack clear detail, appearing as light or dark shapes against the surrounding sand or water. The scene is somewhat blurred or grainy with a noticeable texture, typical of older photography or scans of film. The overall tonal range is muted, consisting primarily of grays, with subtle variations in shading. No distinct coloration is present. The background is a similar muted gray tone extending out of view, lacking any contrasting light or shadow that would make the figures especially noticeable.

Lotti Seebeck & Freizeitassistenz, Workshop

In the workshop we will create little care monsters in response to the emotions that we carry with our bodyminds into the exhibition. Here our mood of the day, frustrations and wishes around ‚care' get amplified by the other art works and become little creatures. We work with movement, clay, plaster, wood and fabric.

The next day, through a participatory performance, we will explore together how to hold space for each of our monsters and weave a temporary care-web around them with our bodyminds.
Are we holding the monsters or are the monsters holding us?
We will be working with body language, English & German and the spectrum of vocal-nonverbal expression.
